Hydra Properties is a privately owned company, established in 2006 in Abu Dhabi, the capital of UAE.
Hydra Properties was established with a vision to provide the UAE, Middle East and the world with unprecedented development
concepts which are reflected in the company’s various landmark projects. Since inception, the company has embraced the

We have developed exhibition design systems for Hydra which have helped them

We have worked with them to brand their individual properties and develop marketing communication for them.
The scope of work extended from developing project identities to exhibition design at trade shows.




A thai resort themed development – jasmine gardens is built on “thailand” in The World. The brand identity for Jasmine Gardens was developed around the hibiscus flower and the communication positioned the project as buying a home in a resort.
Jasmine Gardens is located in “Thailand” in Dubai World. A planned residential community themed around a thai spa – Jasmine Gardens
embodies the epitome of luxury. We developed the brand identity for the development and extended it across a range of communication – from corporate presentations to project brochures. The logo was based on the map of thailand inlaid with the texture of hibiscus flower. The entire project and its features were themed around the concept of senses – an approach which was closer to spa communication rather than standard real estate communication.
The project brochure came wrapped in a silk cover and the paper was dusted with jasmine fragrance.
