This document is part of initial understanding of the project by Idea Spice, highlighting important aspect of the project. This is aimed to generate more information about the company & the project . At this stage, Idea Spice will work very closely with all the stakeholders in the company to build the vision of the project.
2. Research & Insights
ROASTING THE BEANS
This document is the compilation of all the research & insights gathered by company inputs as well as external sources consumer study, competition, trends etc. These insights defines the ecosystem of the project. After all the information is received, we use blue ocean tools to look at differentiation that can be created for the project
3. Core Ideas
THE FLAVOR
The core idea is derived at after the synthesis of the research and it creates the foundation of the project. It helps drive the naming, identity and the core processes that drive the project forward.
