This firecracker helps us with marketing and business development related matters. Ably managing all the work that comes her way, Marsha manages to ace it all with her easy going, calm temperament. Her strong organization skills and ability to operate efficiently throughout daily tasks makes her a favorite go-to person for those tasks you want to quickly knock off.

Designer | Frenemies with Billi

A dedicated part of the team, Amit is calm in the face of some of the stormiest projects, and comes out victorious always, thanks to his strong sense of design, strategy and ability to get to the root of the brand.A helpful and accommodating team member, you’ll find him pulling off impossible tasks with the team, and a smile on his face.

CFO | Superwoman

Meet our very own laughing Buddha. Easily amused, but zen enough to be organized and focused, she wears multiple hats and juggles every role effortlessly. From money matters to project management to ensure smooth operations to suddenly baking the most amazing cakes, Shijna is the glue that keeps it all together. She is the local superwoman and taskmaster at large.

Account Manager

Client relations are a cakewalk for our very own Miss Congeniality . This master of mimicry has definitely been influenced by Bollywood, switching from a radio background to copywriting. Maha’s quick wit and sharp skills prove an invaluable asset to the team.

CEO and Founder

Sajith is the founder and CEO for Idea Spice and is based out of Dubai. A graduate of National Institute of Design and IIM Ahmedabad – Sajith works with the Government of Dubai and entrepreneurs in UAE to help transform the business landscape.

Admin

Anoop is our own version of Sheldon Cooper, except he’s possessive about his switches. With him around, you better not be found fiddling with the air conditioner buttons or you’ll have invited his wrath. Adding his own unique blend of spice to the team, Anoop is always willing to help. He is the backbone of our day-to-day admin work and assists around the office in general. Given the fair share of link up we have forced upon him, its probably in line with his interests to get married soon.

Marketing Head

Saurabh’s job profile is as varied and exciting as his stories and expressions. Equipped with a commerce degree and a Management Diploma, he juggles between Marketing Research, Client Servicing, Collaborations, Social Media Accounts and Sales to name a few while being Roy’s right hand man in the studio!

Design Director

Roy is our design director and is the India partner for Idea Spice. He has been a part of the organisation since its inception and is a graduate from the National Institute of Design. He works closely with entrepreneurs and organisations in India to create dramatic and visible impact.

Senior Account Manager | Chief Efficienado

This deep-voiced young gun is a pro at organizing and compartmentalizing work, ensuring that every stage of a project is completed efficiently. Fascinated by the finer things in life and enterprising by nature, you’ll know Sachit means business at first glance. He specializes in ordering food from guys who just cannot deliver on time, face his wrath and then do it all over again.

Office Driver | One Man Army

Joshy helps the team with deliveries and pickups, also assisting us in the day to day administrative activities of the office. When we say pickups, we mean us too. He ensures we’re picked up and dropped on time, all the time. Along with Anoop, Joshy makes sure the office is well maintained by the housekeepers and all supplies required for the smooth running of the organization are available and stored well at all times.

A powerhouse of energy, Shreya realised her true calling as a designer when she arrived at Idea Spice. Using influences from her background in media to help brands leave a long lasting impression, she hopes to be a bridge between design and business. All of this takes a backseat though the moment Shreya’s kryptonite-a box of sushi or any kind of food appears, and she’s transported immediately to her happy place.

Ayesha, a graduate of Srishti Institute of Art, Design and Technology, Bangalore, specialises in various forms of Visual Communication and Strategic Branding. Using both analog and digital techniques, she enjoys marrying illustration art into graphic design. When not working, she loves to cuddle dogs against their will.

Accountant

Mehul has a head for figures (the arithmetic ones! what were you thinking?), making sure all our finances are in proper order every month. He’s always keen and eager to learn about new things and his perseverance and punctuality are something we can set our clocks by!

Designer | Instagram Aficionado

A fine art graduate from MSU Baroda, Chandramauli has immense amounts of patience when he’s working, but is as quick with his witty replies when (and if) you manage to strike a conversation with him. This Kathitawadi chhokaro from Amreli, demonstrates his love for rhythm and music through playing the harmonium and his poetry, though it’s best manifested by his moves the moment a garba song starts playing!

Graphic Designer | In-house Cool Cucumber

Patrick’s first love is pizza and graphics comes to a close second.  He, very capably handles, design curveballs, chaotic instructions and impatient client demands, all while calmly listening to a podcast. A graphic designer during the day and drummer post work hours, Patrick is quite the absolute music aficionado. Poker-faced since we’ve known him, this one thinks reeeeeaaallly hard before giving any expression.

Accountant

Santhosh helps us with all things finance. While we pursue our purpose with passion, Santhosh crunches numbers and juggles with them difficult payers. This silent one will usually be found focusing on his screen, scheming on which invoice to chase next. When crunching numbers gets Nobody escapes Santhosh’s hawkeye. Nobody.

Resident Thread Ninja | Gmail Hacker

Though she’s one of the few non designers in the studio, Billi is no stranger to style. She elegantly nestles herself on people’s laptops while they’re working and chews up their wires in a dramatic display of disapproval! The perennial acrobat, she can balance on tip toe through most of the day, only to fall off horizontal surfaces when startled. She makes homes out of people’s bags and ensconces herself in their flowing pants. However, should ye be warned, even the most resolute of cat haters have fallen prey to her charm.
